RezCom LLC., a Nevada limited liability company, is involved in a multitude of activities. From investments, management and consulting for up-scale restaurants and boutique hotels, sports management and consulting, women's athletic wear, real estate investment, development and management, to venture capital for promising new start-ups. The company was established in 2014 by founder and CEO Sha Rezai.

Hospitality Business
​RezCom LLC. is an investor in Prep Kitchen hospitality group with locations in San Marcos, La Jolla, Del Mar & Downtown San Diego, CA. PK is looking to expand to more locations in Laguna Beach, Las Vegas, and downtown Manhattan in 2019. RezCom also provides consulting services for the restaurants and is in negotiations for boutique hotels in CA, Roatan, Honduras & Mexico.
